No wall would be able to stop such elevated kick. No goal keeper would be able to defend those shots since they went directly to the top left corner. Pressure? Maradona, in his heyday, with millions watching him, would score directly from corner kicks.

I'm not critisising anyone, I'm just stating that your reasoning is very far-fetched. Please just take a close look at where the goalkeeper was standing. Then think about if he would decide to curl that shot over the wall into the goalkeeper's corner if there was a wall. And what does this have to do with his "heyday"? Your original statement was that Maradona nowadays can do things professionals can't, which is completely ridiculous and I just pointed out why.
