I like just about every hot sauce I've ever tried, especially those that are hot for the sake of adding flavor to the food. I don't really care for those that are hot just for the sake of trying to burn your tastebuds off. The hottest "sauce" I've ever tried is called The Source. It comes in a small bottle with an applicator similar to what you find in a bottle of correction fluid. It is a dark red, thick paste. Hot as all hell. It's about $100 for 1 ounce, and measures 7.1 million Scoville units.

Hot sauce rules - I use it on just about everything. Goes great with eggs(scrambled, fried, poached). I love it on french fries.

I hate hot sauce. The slightest spicy thing will cause me to get sick & throw up all night or until I get medicine.

Yep, I was born and raised in Oklahoma City, and lived in Tulsa through most of my 20's before moving to NY (by way of Minneapolis).

Yeah, I guess I should have known Okies like okra. My best friend in college was from Oklahoma City, bless her heart. She passed back in '98. I miss our mutual love of food. We would go to house parties just to eat!

^^^ Fried okra is a favorite of mine. I can only eat it fried. I don't eat as many fried foods that much anymore, so it's been a while since I've had it. I get grossed out by boiled okra though.

This stuff is great.

Hot hot but with all the flavour of the scotch bonnet.
