The 21 most liveable cities have been announced. No American ones! A survey was done on the 21 most liveable cities in the world and America failed badly. Germany and Canada and Australia kicked ass:

Some of these places are obscenely expensive. If by "liveable" they merely mean places where there's water and enough oxygen in the air to support life, then I guess this list makes sense.  Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου

Oh they don't no sh&^%!. Hell or country's too damn big, they're geographically challenged.
Most tourist come to the States and go 3 places New York, Florida, and LA.

Well you are right, I should've said foreign tourist vist California, Florida and New York City. Though to New York City's credit, you can walk almost every where at anytime and feel safe.
