The 21 most liveable cities have been announced. No American ones! A survey was done on the 21 most liveable cities in the world and America failed badly. Germany and Canada and Australia kicked ass:

Some of these places are obscenely expensive. If by "liveable" they merely mean places where there's water and enough oxygen in the air to support life, then I guess this list makes sense. Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου
