although it sounds like they kinda altered it, like they ran it through a autotuner and then messed with the settings and changed the notes, e.g in adobe audition.

See, I don't think it's been altered, based on some of the physical reactions from the crowd. Take a look a some of the people on the visiting team (people in red). I don't think her voice was altered.

Well, do remember you have two channels which you can work with. I think she probably sang it pretty bad, but they used a tool to change up the notes (like you can do with autotune) to make it sound worse than it already was. Just from exp with editing and sound I'm guessing this, not saying I'm 100% right, but that is my guess.
