Damn it... I was all excited about this, only to find that it isn't actually about "Cat's Cradle" at all.

Wouldn't it be cool to play a game based on Vonnegut's wonderful book? You would play Dr. Felix Hoeniker and you would invent Ice-9 and then you would have to kill millions of people by putting them in swimming pools and dropping a crystal of Ice-9 into it!

Damn, what fun that would be!!!



BTW: Ian... I do have a Playstation 2 and I have rather enjoyed quite a few games on it.

The hardware is not important - content is king, and that is why the PS2 has sold 50 million units worldwide - there are plenty of really good games on it that people want to play.

And luckily, with all the price cuts, many people can afford an extra Xbox and/or GameCube as well
