And pace yourself with those weights, for Bruce's sweet sake! I saw Bruce for the first time in 2008- I was pleasantly surprised at how tight that band was! I was never a Bruce fan, but I respected him (it's the LAW in NJ- ask Chris! ) That concert changed me to a "major appreciator". Same for me! I was never a fan, but didn't dislike him either. Chris took me to a concert, and I was blown away. I too became a major appreciator overnight.

I never hurt myself, but that's mainly because 10 years of hurting myself prompted me to always do each rep with perfect form. I can handle one round of preacher curls a week and my elbow's fine. I just went a little crazy and did two rounds that one day. Even though my form was great, it was just too much stress. Live and learn. Isn't there something equal enough to preacher curls minus the elbow effect? No, nothing that isolates the bicep quite as well. But there are lots of other curls that I can do, and none of them hurt my elbow. I just need to give it some rest, and then go back to the one round a week strategy.

Did you know Bruce did "Don't Stop Believing" with Lady Gaga and Elton John last week? It was for the Rainforest Benefit, hosted by Sting. Sting told Bruce the theme of the event was 80's nostalgia and Bruce replied, "Sting - we ARE 80's nostalgia". Also, Sting had never heard of "Don't Stop Believing", which reinforces the perception I have of him as a nerd.

"Raise Your Hand" (which is just a cover by Bruce), is one, but I'm not sure if any others will work. I will, however, be doing Prince.

It'll be a lot of work in addition to working full time, plus building my business and our family life, but I'm up to it! I think! Well cool! I'm studying and working full time, but I'm having a blast with it all! It is a lot of work, but totally worth it. Enjoy!
