I don't wanna be anyplace with permafrost or tundra. Nor do I wanna be anywhere sweltering and overpopulated. But I've always wanted to get to London. And recently, my uncle Garry took the cheek swab DNA heritage test and our results came back Nigerian and British. So that's awesome, I guess.

Quite literally, my middle name means protector. And that's been a thread that has come up frequently in my life. So why kick against the pricks, right?

What inspires you most (artistically)?

I write about what I think about, which used to be "Aw man, she broke up with me. That's fucked up."

But more recently, I've written about the necronomicon and the boomstick, the "death" of the second Robin, the effects of sodium pentethol on a relationship, a breakup song from Venom, the last hour of Fight Club, etc.


How many hours a day and how many days a week do you work out?

I'm a slacker. Maybe 3x times a week. They say never go past an hour, cause it releases hormones that slow metabolism and that becomes counterproductive.
