Yeah, I mean for fast food, it is.

It's actual white meat chicken pieces (as opposed to the processed bits that McD's serves) and the "sweet & spicy" is JUST THAT. Sweet and spicy ("spicy" is within the confines of what you'd expect from Wendy's).

Definitely worth a try if you haven't. nod

Yesterday's lunch was heavy so today maybe a salad.

I'm thinking grilled shrimp with arugula and spinach, sundried tomatoes, white beans, rosemary, and thinly sliced red onion...but I need to figure out what kinda vinaigrette I should make. reading

I'mat thepoint where I will butter my bread for breakfast (with cured hams and salamis), but I like to dress the bread with herbed cheeses instead. Those are yummy.

Try the dill havarti by (I think) Boar's Head. It's awesome, especially with some Boar's Head turkey and/or ham, sliced very thin.

Being in CA allows for a constant source for cheap, fresh, real Mexican and I pretty much live off that shit. There's a gas station up the street with a goddamned grill inside that bitch. Those girls will make you a huge burrito stuffed with big fresh prawns grilled in garlic and butter, grilled onions and bell peppers, a shit-ton of red rice, gallons of fresh salsa and some fresh guac. All grilled in front of you with a sprinkle of jack cheese melted in there. Sets you back about five bucks. That and a tamarind Jarritos and I'll be sexed up.

So I'm driving to work and I hear a commercial for Burger King RIBS on the radio.

At first, I'm like, "what are they?" nuts

...then the day goes by and all I can think about is ribs.

So what do I do? I head to BK to try out their ribs.

sigh

[img:$uid]http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y276/renz124ny/misc007.jpg[/img:$uid]

On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd given them a solid 8.

They tasted good, especially considering they're actual "real" ribs (not the processed ribmeat that McD's uses for their McRib sandwich).

However, they're tiny (3" pieces) and my lunch (6-pc ribs with small fry and small drink combo) was $9.22 which is just a bit too much for what you get. I mean, I know that an average Whopper or Big Mac combo can run as high as $8, but something about passing the $9 mark at a fast food place doesn't seem right.

shrug

Yummy, but I don't think I'll be ordering them again.

I just started a boot camp exercise program in the morning (EEK!) so I'm trying to eat healthy. This is a LOT of food, I only ate half, but it's so pretty!

I had a bacon, light cream cheese, and avacado bagel on these new bagel thins that are only 110 calories and have 5 grams of fiber!

And some fritos which probably cancelled out the low calorie bagel huh...neutral
