We had a middle eastern style ground beef casserole with oregano, roasted red peppers, zucchini, eggplant and feta in tomato sauce, with a mixed green salad (mache, arugula, & baby spinach) with tarragon mustard vinaigrette, and a side of almond rice. | |

I love them on a slice of coctail rye, spread with cream cheese, sprinkled with garlic power, a little salt and a slice of garden cucumber..

Rye is fine as long as it doesn't have those damn carraway seeds in it. Those are what make most rye bread (to me) nasty. As for lunch, I'm having left over spaghetti.  | |
