I never cared for Mr. Cruise's acting and I think in part because he's not all that comfortable infront of the camara - "sex scenes" or not - he's self-consciouses. Besides it really doesn't make any difference what role he plays, you always know it's "Tome Cruise".



Other than that I just don't quite get all the dislike for him. The Oprah show
where he jumped on her couch, why has this been viewed so negativley? He was in love or fell in love with a women and he got excited, big deal. Or as my husband pointed out, if Mr. Cruise had gone on Oprah and dissed the dirt about why his marriage to Ms. Kidman had fallen apart everyone would've eaten that up. Folks were put off because he got carried away about being excited about being in love? That says a lot more about some of us than it does about Mr. Cruise.

I also don't understand why people hate him now. It has been previously stated that Hollywood is full of crazy, self-centered people. A lot of them receive a get-out-of-jail for free card, so I don't get why Tom is any different. I guess people are upset because he started off as normal and has changed over the years.
ITA with the poster that thinks a powerful person in Hollywood is either pissed off/jealous of him. His behavior has probably changed because he's trying to protect himself. I also wonder if he's on drugs and is paying folks to keep quiet. Whitney was able to hide her dirt for a long time. There also was an internet rumor going around that Joe McIntyre from NKOTB used to be a coke addict. If those two people can pay people to keep their mouths shut, I know Tom can. Maybe his weirdness is due to drug usage and paranoia, not homosexuality.

I have no idea if he is, nor do I care. However, and actor friend of mine who shares agents with him in the states did have some stories to tell - but I can't vouch for them, so won't spill.

Also, I often felt his women were total beards. When Nicole and the Penelope were trying to break Hollywood, they were on his arm. And Nicole didn't pop out any sprogs whilst they were married, but they adopted.

I've heard time and time again from folk who know folk that have worked with him or for him (infer what you will) that Tom is sterile. It's one thing to hear this story a couple times but to hear it constantly and to not see the man jizz out any rug rats just makes the claim more believeable. I don't believe that baby is his...I think Suri is a clone of Katie. Yep. I don't put it past the Church of Scientology nor a man who can afford an at home sonogram machine. They will likely have no other children because it will become obvious to the general public that all them babies are x-file babies. I heard about this.I don't think Tom Cruise is gay per se. I think the reason there is so much speculation about the man's sexuality is because of his lifestyle and conversion to Scientology. I'm not so big on the religion myself, but i think because of his conversion to a little-known "cult" of sorts makes him an outcast in Hollywood. His status as an A-list actor kinda separates him from other celebrities. The more famous the star, the bigger the target. Tom Cruise maybe eccentric and erratic at times, but i seriously doubt he's gay. Tabloids really need proof before they start spewing stuff like that.

When a celebrity doesn't talk about their sex life they're automatically gay it seems And, on the occasions they do talk about their relationships people say they're just repressing their true sexuality Not saying it doesn't happen but if someone says they're straight why can't people leave it at that?
