I'm thinking I would do the same, perhaps in more diplomatic terms, and I'm thinking they would need to respect that. Just like I don't bring my work home, I don't bring home to work. Theoretically speaking, I don't see how pictures from my sons graduation or video from my sisters wedding has anything to do with my job description. | |

And that would be a job that I wouldn't get because I would refuse that request. It's not that serious for an employer to want to see something on a social network that you are a member of. If you can't decide if I'm the right person for the job based on my qualifications and how I performed on the interview, then I don't need to be working there. And that would be a job that I wouldn't get because I would refuse that request. It's not that serious for an employer to want to see something on a social network that you are a member of.
