Im making BEEF IN GUINESS!! pre heat oven for 425 take a heavey large casserole dish that has a lid and brown 1.5g of stewing steak in 3 tbs of olive oil
remove meat and take two chopped onions and carrots and place in the remaining FAT and cook for 3-4 min. Return meat to pan and sprinkle with flour. while stirring season with salt and pepper, add bay leaves and guiness and a bit of brown sugar. Slowly bring to simmer. place lid on dish and put in oven for 1.5 - 2 hours make your mash potatoes and serve beef guiness over them ...YUM!!!
