I'm pretty hard on myself when it comes to my photos and get bogged down sometimes stressing about noise and stuff, but I am proud of this pic.

That's the one. I have some film photos from Ayuthuya, but they don't come close to this photo. The post processing work is really nice. I love the sky.

Thanks I used a lot of control points in Nikon Capture NX and then some more work in my Nik plug-ins in Photoshops to bring out the contrast. It's inevitably a bit grainy at larger sizes but after I saw the potential I couldn't NOT do it (plus I have the more standard colour version anyway, I figured).

the waterfalls freeze in winter and i was on my way to the airport..
i had to tell them to stop the car!!!
i was in the back and opened the door..
took a pic in one direction, turned around took the next, and got back in the car..
they are old!!
from 93..
and were taken with a 110 film camera

I try so hard not to worry about it these days, to make it about fun only. If I aspire to be like the photographers on these sites that I like I just end up disappointed and I put the camera away. Cold, hard-ass stock sites really got me down with all their technical requirements and the focus on salable concepts (which I do understand), so I had to step away for a while and come back to just doing it for fun.
