It's possible for anyone to abuse anything.
I guess you would first have to define for yourself what freedom of speech is. if you believe it's the right to say anything to anyone or group under any circumstance then the answer to your question is no. If you belive that freedom of speech is the right to say anything to anyone or group under certain circumstances then the answer to your question is yes. | |
