The name Nushawn is more of a trend in names from people that have an urban mindset that caters towards Muslin sounding names.

the way things continue to operate is that it seems it's the positive persons role to bring up protection or status. i rarely get turned down, but the majority of the time when i do it's over my hiv status. people still have a fear of even it seems of touching people with hiv.

i've always been very open about my status, but there are situations where i don't even bother to bring it up. the bathhouse, in the parks and sex clubs. in this day and age i assume that everyone going to those places to engage in sex know the risks or all ready positive. though if asked i will say. if it's outside of one of those location where i meet people than i deferentially talk about it.

however, when people ask me who gave me HIV i always answer i did. i made the choice no one forced me.

until everyone takes responsibility for their own choices things like this will continue to happen.
