Thank you But I think for me the harder part would be to not quit. I am one of those people who don't enjoy sports at all, never have and never and I don't feel good while I do it or afterwards . So it's damn hard to have any motivation to do something you just hate doing 3 times a week. Yeah, true. That's the name of the game, how to get inspired to do something that's simply not "fun". Will your BF go along, like a workout date?

I'm really not feeling it! What do you do to ignite your excercise regimen? you and me both sister. Let me tell you I have a BIG family wedding to go to on my birthday (also MJ's Birthday) and I DO NOT WANT TO WEAR A SIZE 22!!!! So, have you established an excercise regimen?

Hoping to start up the swimming again on Monday though. good luck on the swimming. Isn't riding a bike good for the legs and tummy?

I see, makes it kinda hard to establish a regular workout session. When I don't go to the gym, I do more of a dance work out or things like leg lifts, crunches, hand weights, sit ups...starting with as many or under 15 that I can do and each couple days raise the number and/or the repetitions.... its still not fun

I've been doing situps every day. My belly is getting better the only problem is lower part of it from having children and it doesn't look too good in the clothes I want to wear. I thought about a tummy tuck but I can't afford it or justify the price

goes to youtube... Sit ups will make you more toned, you need to do cardio to loose weight...and you can't target areas, it comes off everywhere in general.

Americans are eating themselves to death. I think someone already posted the thread about the army guy stating that most young Americans are too fat to fight, right? Consider this; 100 years ago, THIS was considered so obese that he was a circus freakshow attraction; ...now you walk into any Wal-Mart and see men & women bigger than this as a regular occurence.
