Impressive. Kinda an all-around routine. I like that, that's where I want to be.

I've done two days straight yay! workout 1st evening, jogged yesterday. Now I just have to get out there again today.

Like others and I have stated, the hardest part is getting started, but once you've done it 3-4 times consecutively, its all good.

Good luck (and start small).

Thank you hug But I think for me the harder part would be to not quit. I am one of those people who don't enjoy sports at all, never have and never and I don't feel good while I do it or afterwards sigh. So it's damn hard to have any motivation to do something you just hate doing 3 times a week.

Yeah, true. That's the name of the game, how to get inspired to do something that's simply not "fun". Will your BF go along, like a workout date?

I'm really not feeling it! What do you do to ignite your excercise regimen?

So, have you established an excercise regimen?

My bf is living in another country than me and we haven't seen each other since February sigh. If we lived in the same country I think he would do it. Although in his country the next gym is 3 hours away lol. But you don't need a gym to be in shape, most men including him over there are in perfect shape compared to Europeans or people from the US.

Maybe you just haven't found an activity you would actually like. There are many things to choose from.

I see, makes it kinda hard to establish a regular workout session.

When I don't go to the gym, I do more of a dance work out or things like leg lifts, crunches, hand weights, sit ups...starting with as many or under 15 that I can do and each couple days raise the number and/or the repetitions....

its still not fun sigh

The only thing that's kinda fun is hiking or playing ping-pong lol. Not exactly the perfect workout...

My bf would love me to do a dance work out I guess, he hates it that I don't love to dance like he does lol.
I tried several times to do some exercices at home every day, even in the direction of a dance workout, but I always stopped again after some days sigh. I just have no discipline when it comes to sports.

Why not? It's perfect if it makes you feel good!

I've been doing situps every day. My belly is getting better the only problem is lower part of it from having children and it doesn't look too good in the clothes I want to wear. I thought about a tummy tuck but I can't afford it or justify the price shrug

Sit ups will make you more toned, you need to do cardio to loose weight...and you can't target areas, it comes off everywhere in general.

Americans are eating themselves to death. I think someone already posted the thread about the army guy stating that most young Americans are too fat to fight, right?

Consider this;

100 years ago, THIS was considered so obese that he was a circus freakshow attraction;

...now you walk into any Wal-Mart and see men & women bigger than this as a regular occurence.
