Is it back to Hawaii again?

I am sitting here changing my cotton. I had two of my teeth pulled. They are in the back, I am not that low on the totem pole yet, almost. Mass Health will not pay for as many dental things for adults starting July first.

So here I sit, not talking to anyone here, just using the computer and quietly bleeding away.

The people at Charter Cable must think I am a loon. I have canceled at least 8 appointments. Luckily it is a huge company and the same people don't answer all the time. I am just waiting for one of them to say " I don't mean any disrespect Ms, but WTF is your problem???"

This is not the best time to visit Florida, what part does your friend live in? Will you go to Disney World? You live on a coast so I can't imagine the beaches will lure you. But who knows.

nah no disney world. I don't want to see those oil sheets and balls on the beaches. This whole BP mess is so bloody awful. $20 bill in claims is bullshit! What money is set aside for the environmental impact? We will be cleaning the waters for decades I bet.sad

The only good thing is that it happened when it did. Obama was ready to approve of more of these offcoast drillings. Had it happened a year from now, who knows how many more would be out there. I found the Vietnamese Reps comment that the BP president should think about commiting Hari-Karah (spelling) quite funny.

I lived in New Orleans for two years and my daughter was born there. I only moved to the hairy armpit of the universe because my family lives here. Now there is only my sister and I want so badly to move back. I really loved the people. They are hilarious and so in love with their hometown.

I did a thread on "Why Prince might have finally paid his taxes" on Prince music and more. I added to it yesterday and put some effort into it but it is not getting much attention from others on the org, Oh, well neutral . I had some more dental work done today. I am now caught up. dancing jig My doctor was a very cute east indian guy drool3. I think alot of guys of East Indian heritage are very sexy and cute. I don't know any other women with my taste in men. I think that guy, Naveen Andrews from "lost" is very sexy. I never watched the show but I had seen him in that movie "The English Patient" and nearly lost my mind excited .

It is now 1:27pm in my hometown ( otherwise known as the hairy armpit of the devil ). It is quite balmy out so I am not eager to go back to my apartment, given that I do not have a/c just fans and live on the third floor. Sooooo what else do I have to say?? Babble, babble, babble.....

O.k I know, today is June 29th and two months from today is my birthday, my 49th birthday to be exact. It is also the day of a family wedding. Right now I weigh 240lbs or less. I fit a size 22. Anyway I bought this simple black dress for $7.50 at target. It has a built in Spanx-like thing and I want to wear it . It is a 1x which is 1 to 2 sizes too small. I had hoped that I could get down to around 210 or less by the day so that I could wear the dress and look thinner since the last time that my family has seen me.

I keep buying these mags "look 14 pounds in 10 days". I bought one that says loose over 40lbs in 6 weeks. Well it is time to put that sucker to the test. I have about 9 weeks to go and hopefully if their diet works in 6 weeks, it will surely work for me in 9. I really did not look so good the last time these people saw me in late November/ thanksgiving. I want to look better and truthfully I want to hear it. I want to hear all the " you look like you lost alot ot weight, you look great!!" Is that stupid or what???? I guess I am in the mood for some serious complements. Also, my sister was always at least 60lbs fatter then me. She has lost alot of weight and clearly looks 60lbs thinner and meanwhile I am at the heaviest I have ever been. When we go someplace she gets alot of complements. Believe me I am glad for her. Her diabetes is under control and she doesn't need to take the shots anylonger, just pills. As much as I am very glad for her I am also very jealuous, and that may be a good thing, babble, babble, babble......

Here are some suggestions:

Green Tea: Helps curb sugar cravings, boost your metabolism, and burn fat.
Peppermint Tea: Suppresses food cravings while decreasing your appetite.

Lemon Tea: Appetite suppressent, especially before meals.
Ginger Tea: Natural Diuretic.

If you prefer iced tea over hot, you way not want a glass of straight up Green Tea. So, I like to added 4 Green Tea bags, and 2-3 fruit flavored tea bags to give it a better flavor.

Hot or cold can both be sweetened with honey, Organic (Grade B, preferably) Maple Syrup, or a no-calorie artificial sweetener, like Equal. Throw in a slice or two of fresh lemon -- it's a great cleanse for the body.

And to add a hint of fruitness; try this sampler, see what combonations you like before you commit to a whole box:

Personally, I'm a fan of a mixture of the Green Tea, and the Country Peach Passion. batting eyes

Got it!! I deffinately need appetite supressant and those Slimming Pills can be waaaay expensive. P.S. I love seeing the colorful pic on this thread. We have not really had alot of pics on the Babble threads in a while. I am telling you, once my computer is up I am going to go hog wild on this thing!!!!

What about that Green tea that you get in a jug in the Supermarket, you know the one, it has a geisha girl on it??? Does that supress the sugar cravings?

Is this what you're refering to?

If so, it may give you appetite supression, but I wouldn't count on it being the same effect as home brewed. Another benefit of doing it yourself is that you can control the potency, the sweetness, and the flavor combonations. You could try it -- I don't think it would hurt you, but I would recommend doing it the ol' fashioned way. Make sure to read up on your product, also, because labels can be VERY misleading

Yep, that is the stuff!! maybe I will buy it for the jug and make the next batch myself. Don't get paid until Friday, but I see Green Tea in my future. I hate feeling hungry so some lemon tea too. I had read years ago that some models just drink warm/hot water with lemon in it, especially at night before bed. I think it was suppose to keep that night time hunger at bay.
