anti virus renewal question

headlp

my anti virus is about to expire...

i have gotten emails about my current subscription offering a discount if i renew through that link...yet when i enter the sites web page (not thru link), and enter my details, there is no discount

the emails look legit...and i need to save every penny i can, should i trust them

boxed

i use mcafee..

oh, and i will be using a c/c i only use on line...so no risk to my normal a/cs/
seems that i was busy doing something close to nothing, but different than the day before music beret

hover mouse on link (renew button) and it should tell you the addy at bottom bar or you can right click email and go to properties click then go to details tab then msg source and you should find the link there.

1. Immediately remove McCaffee from your PC.

2. Install Kapersky anti-virus

Everything will be better. hug

I don't see any reason to buy anti virus software when the options for free software are numerous and they work. just my two cents.

having gone through an attack by "security essentials", i use the free microsoft security essentials, as recommended by several here, and its been working perfectly, and for no cost.
