Nice! I just found this supermarket own brand (Tops) bottled green tea that I love. Really clean tasting, sugar free, not strong in flavour, just mildly grassy. Better than the Japanese ones we used to buy that were kinda 'corny' in flavour.

Still got loads of loose tea we need to use though. lol We never want for tea. smile

How your gorgeous little boy, Val?

I've just come through my usual short phase of getting pissed off with Golf when he stays here and I'm loving spending time with these two little ones again. When they play together and laugh uncontrollably I couldn't give two shits about anything else in the world. Nothing else really matters besides kids being happy, well-fed and safe. smile

Time for a beer run though so everybody has to get their shoes on and the little one needs to put some shorts on. lol

There's some I'm just trying to use up that's not tasty but is healthy (comfrey leaf and nettle), and others I always buy like Rooibos, white tea, yerba mate and dandelion leaf that we have load of! lol

Hey, Mon's been drinking quite a bit of beer lately yet still has lost 1.5kg this last couple of weeks. She's eating 99% cacao chocolate and drinking a yerba mate/rooibos/guarana tea mix I've come up with. Magic stuff! She just drinks that instead of coffee, still gets her caffeine fix, and seems to lose weight in the process.

Little man is ok he has 3 teeth coming in and has a wheezy cough for the past week.I know what you mean about them laughing. It is awesome, nothing like it.

I have not seen Yerba Mate tea here. I do not like Rooibos tea, only tried it once when I was in my first 3 months of being pregnant.

I am glad to hear that it is working for her.I need to find something to help me get rid of the last pounds of baby fat.
sigh
I have been walking as much as possible but that is not cutting it.

Awww... Selden's such a happy looking little 'robust' boy. lol He looks like a real character! Hope he's all better soon. hug

Our little nephew Nong New has the most perfect baby teeth and those pearly whites are pretty much all you see when his funny face comes towards you. lol The other one, Golf, is having to have some teeth pulled because they're all rotten and giving him toothache. neutral He's a great kid though and helps look after his younger brother.

Yerba mate tastes pretty grassy, doesn't it. I don't mind it too much and Mon's far less fussy than me about any of the teas. The guarana tastes foul and isn't really soluble (it's powder). It just a lot of caffeine, plus a little more in the Yerba Mate, then rooibos for taste (which she loves). She's skipping rope (which I can't do as I have the knees of a 50 year old!) and starting to get a decent shape, but both of us have pretty bad beer guts. Last year she took Clenbuterol, which isn't strictly legal depending on where you live ( boxed ) and that works by raising your temperature just a little, allowing you to burn more calories. That works but you need to know what you're doing and I wouldn't really recommend it unless you have a couple of weeks to squeeze into a wedding dress or something. Can't really beat eating good food and getting plenty of exercise. smile I might think about taking Clen for a short while if I could ever quit smoking and be able to eat more, just to trim down and tone up a bit. I hope to be able to post some before (from about 6 months ago) and after pics at some point. smile I'm generally skinny as hell (gut aside) right now from food poisoning I had for 4 or 5 days but I've been keeping myself in shape for a good few months now. cool

Yes exercise and eating right is the key. I say that but had a curry for dinner last night. boxed

Yesterday was beautiful and warm here. I walked Selden up to Tesco's for a few bits. I was sweating on my journey home. I love to power walk and doing it while pushing the pram must look funny. Our pram is a 3 wheeled one designed to go through all types of terrain. When I take the dog with us, we go to Happy Valley and that is a workout pushing a really heavy baby.

Selden is quite the character. I am enjoying getting to know him.

That's beautiful. I hope to experience it one day. I mean, I have, but I've no doubt it's different when they're your own. I can't imagine loving my nephews more, but it must be something to watch grow up a little mini you and your partner.

I lift my nephews as though they were weights. One's 14 kg and the other 21kg so I have some options there for different exercises I want to do. lol

Awww I hope you guys are blessed with a small person of your own soon!
In our case he is just a mini version of his daddy but I am ok with that.

I just stare at Selden and think he is the most beautiful creature I have ever seen.
I am glad we created our little man. I do look forward to possibly adopting him a sister in the future. I have a feeling that one mini-Phil will be all that I can handle.

lol Yes, we have to be responsible, after all. I mean, you took responsibility for being with Phil and spared the women of the world that burden, and that should be enough, you know? What happened next, well, one Phil-spawn later and anyone would feel that same guilt. hug

I think we may have to adopt. nod I know nothing about the process but we will look into it at some point. Until then I'm just going to fuck my wife as often as I can and enjoy that for what it is. falloff Golf goes back on the 4th and then it's on again. giggle

After I got to work this morning I had a total of 2 glasses of water, 4 cups of coffee and 1 cup of Ceylon tea, which I am now getting another one of.

I'll have a glass of water and wine for dinner and because it's Queensday tommorrow in Holland I'll be having a little party tonight, with possibly lots of rum and coca cola.

No mixing tho'.
