Dang, it was one of those nights. I felt like a million bucks when I walked in the alley but I just never could click. I felt like I bowled terribly but in fact, I averaged 6 pins over my league average for the night.

But I opened in the tenth frame of each game, so even when you roll a great game if you open in the 10th, you feel like poop.

Despite beating my average handily, I only won 1 out of 4 points, making my season record 47 - 45. Two weeks left in the league, 8 points left to win or lose. My goals every year are to raise my average, and finish with a winning record.

I think I'm percentage points below hitting 180 for my average. I've actually been averaging about 192 the last six weeks, so I feel good about getting to 180.

But the points, you just never know. The guy I bowled last night threw three games out of his mind. He always does that against me. But if I had marked in the 10th frame of each of my games, I think I would have won 3 points instead of 1, so it's on me.

I love to bowl.

Right now, I'm just drinking water. But later...

Ahh Thirsty Thursdays...my favorite night of the week.

I bartend so I'm usually drinking a hefeweizen and some whiskey on the side.

It's Friday and I'm drinking water. God, I love water.

But on Thursday I had a mudslide and a Stella Artois.
