HILL HARPER Came to my School!!!!!!!!! 
He did a great job on his speech. He also talked about his two books a bit, "Letters to a Young Sister" and "Letters to a Young Brother". I was a little mad that I didn't get a posters or an autograph but hey I guess I'm more fortunate to at least see him.  | |

I don't know who he is; I'm sure he's a good guy... but I've always found when you ask most of these Self-Help business speaker types what it is they do that they attribute their success to it almost always boils down to their Self-Help business speaking career! Very circular. | |

Hill Harper is an actor, (a helluva good one), who starred in CSI as well as several other movies and tv shows. He also has a law degree and I think he was a classmate and friend of Obama at Harvard. I've heard him speak several times and unlike Tavis Smiley his community initiatives are hands-on as opposed to talking at issues from a safe distance. He's a good dude to check out. Pretty much down to earth and authentic from what I know of him. Prince, in you I found a kindred spirit...Rest In Paradise. | |

Wow, congrats on hearing him speak live and in person! I've always had much respect for Hill Harper, he is extremely intelligent. I was thinking of reading some of his books, they seem to have me curious. I'll check it out on my field trip to Barnes and Nobles this weekend.  I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince. | |

Hill Harper was recently on a panel of "Why Can't Black Women Get A Black Man?" I wish I could have watched the whole thing. It was very interesting, and as usual Hill was spot on with a lot of things. Man is brilliant. | |
