May he rest in peace.

The Brooklyn Dodgers once traded a backup catcher to get Harwell as an announcer prior to my main man Vin Scully.

It's scary...Vin is the last of the Mohicans.

Absolutely the forever voice of the Tigers....may he RIP.

Mike Ilitch opened up Comerica Park for a one day viewing of Ernie Harwell. They laid him out near his statue in the park. The lines were long, as many people wanted to pay their respects.

A legend.
Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.
