Do you play the lottery? Powerball? Mega Millions? Scratch Offs? Whatever Are you hopeful or do you think it's a waste of money and time? Every now and then I'll play cuz you never know

My Mom spends a fortune on that stuff. I try to tell her to tally up what she's won against what he spends each day.

When the pot gets big, I might buy some Mega-Millions. I'll play my house number if I happen to be near a machine and there's no line.

I have one Mega and one Power in my jean pocket right now.


Nah, I don't play all of the time, actually I just started playing off and on a couple of months ago. I do think it's a waste of money, sort of.

Finally, I'd invest for my son's college education

I have a subscription to play mega millions; one number once a week. I haven't hit yet, but I have hopes. If I hit the big one, I'll give ya'll a dollar! Once I hit for $1000 playing powerball. I went straight to the lottery board, got my check and immediately put it in my money market to save toward the down-payment for my house. Since then, I've hit for like $2-$3, but I don't count those.

Statistically you've a greater chance of snuffing it in a variety of ways than winning any substantial amount of wedge on the lottery, ergo, you're just paying a hope tax.
