Love is fun. That's the trick, isn't it? Knowing the other person would do the same for you. I have always been a giver and I don't see that changing. But I have learned I have to be more careful and discerning of who I'm giving to. GuRRRLL, I here ya. In my case, I believed what was being said to me because it was so descriptive, and so exhaustingly articulated. In the end all I learned was that people can really, really, REEEEEAAAAALLLLY be douche-bags, but very charming ones. It won't stop me from taking leaps of faith in the future though, I'm sure.
But at least I won't fall for the same set of predatory techniques again. I'll make different mistakes next time.  | |
