According to recently revealed court docs, Kim Kardashian's ex-husband Damon Thomas became abusive and remained overly protective throughout their marriage.

Describing an incident, Kardashian says “[We] were going skydiving with Justin Timberlake. Before we left our home, Damon hit me in the face and cut my lip open. I fell into the bed frame and banged my knee hard. I was limping when we went skydiving.”

Kardashian also says Thomas imprisoned her, not allowing her to leave their home without permission.

“If Damon were not home, I was required to call him and ask permission to leave the house. He said that he wanted to know where I was at all times,” the documents said.

Nonetheless, Kardashian was afraid to press charges because of death threats that Thomas issued, claiming he would kill her and her family.

“[He] threatened to kill me, my family members and the guys that I am dating”.

Thomas is said to have denied the claims, which stem from their 2000 – 2004 relationship.

Why marry a man that whoops your ass? I know there were signals of his aggressive behavior BEFORE she married him. I guess her momma didn't teach her to have a healthy relationship or any self esteem.

Kim, take a class on self respect and take time to be by yourself for some reflection and personal growth, please.

Because I NEVER heard of a women that used to be beaten, stopped getting beat and then wanted a divorce after dude stopped tossing her around.
I grew up in that situation, I know for a fact that physical abuse only gets worse with time, it never gets "better".

So if what you say is true then her story really makes no sense at all.

It makes no sense, if dude was a jerk and kicking her ass, then she would NOT wear skimpy clothing and she'd sport bruises. She seems fine to me, at least for the past 2 years. How long has she been married?

I'm a black man but I've never released a sex tape to revitalize my "career" or been abusive. Kim seems to gravitate towards black men and the end results according to her are never that great. Of course any man of any color could have done these things to her. Black dudes is liking her for that fat ass and she seems to like some big ole black dick. If you read it again it sounds like they went skydiving the same day that her lip was "split open' now I just don't think make-up would prevent Justin and others from seeing that and it just being a weird,memerable incident.
