I print most of the time, but use cursive when I want it to look pretty. When I'm signing a greeting card or addressing an envelope, for example (even though the USPS would prefer a printed address).

Cursive primarily. I get complimented on my penmanship quite a lot.
The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp.

I did too, and from what I've seen I would tend to agree. I've only ever seen huge swirling signatures come from people who are very very controlling.
