It sounds as though the restaurant DID think the dog was gay and refused admittance of dog based on that. again  it has nothing to do with the gay thing!!
they were very confused at what the man was saying to them, and despite trying very hard to make sense of it, in the end, since they didn't understand it was a seeing-eye dog, it was refused entry. | |
