One of my favorite sandwiches on earth is fresh buffalo mozzarella, pesto and roasted peppers on a good, crusty baguette, the kind that gives you little cuts in your mouth when you eat it.

I'm thinking of making a sweet green curry with seitan, asparagus, carrot, red pepper and onion. He's not currently a veggie, but was one for 6-7 years, so I know he's down with the mock duck (otherwise I wouldn't serve it to a carnivore right away ).

And I think I'll just cut up a mango and serve it w/a scoop of vanilla ice cream for dessert.

Does that sound OK?
