As a 39 year old bloke I'd probably have to go with every 8-10 years but all have been short styles not that disimilar from each other. I'm always tempted to go for a buzz cut one time but I don't really have the sideburns/stubble thing going on so woul look a bit naff I reckon. Just somewhere in the middle,
