If it's soft tofu, there's actually a vegan cheesecake recipe that you can put it in.
Lemme see if I can dig stuff up.

If it's a firm block, I like to cut into 1cm thick rectangle slices and marinate in garlic, ginger, lemon and soy, coat in sesame seeds and fry.
As it's already marinated with garlic and basil, maybe fried then served with tomato slices or a tomato based sauce. You could have a green salad or stir fried side and served on rice or couscous.

here's what I'd do...
1) grab some tongs 2) carefully remove it from the marinade 3) locate my sister 4) fling that shit right in her face 5) find a good cheeseburger! I'm satisfied now... A working class Hero is something to be ~ Lennon |

Garlic and Basil?
Slice it up like mozzarella cheese, add tomatoes, some balsamic vinaigrette and have a fake caprizzi salad. Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it. |

Why not try looking up recipes that look good, then buying only the veggies that you'll use in those recipes? That way it doesn't sit there because you don't know what to do with it.

Then I put it back. What is it made out of? The real question is what CAN'T you make of it.. Look anything like this: It can also be called soycheese, bean curd. It's a white food product made by coagulating soymilk and then with pressure, "squeezing" excess liquid out. Allow me to introduce: Ms. Onder and Mrs. Donk! (o)(o)
