I think she's just one of the most UNfunny people around. She takes her "craft" (I use the term loosely) way too seriously, and she just never succeeds in being funny. She's offensive for the sake of it, rather than really trying to say something, or do something interesting. She'd say "Hitler had a vagina" just to say it, rather than even attempt to make it funny, and build a story around it. I watched "Jesus is Magic" or whatever that was, and I was just B-O-R-E-D to tears. There's a lot of hype there, and not a lot of substance.

I think we all have different perceptions of that.There's plenty of people that a lot of folk consider offensive for the sake of humor or exposing ugly truths in a funny manner that plenty of other folk tag as offensive for the sake of being so.

I run hot and cold with her. Jesus is Magic mostly sucked IMO.
I think she can fall flat for me, but when she's funny, I LMAO.

I'd do incredible acts of violation to her body and hope for the same in return; thus, I love her.

i adore her. her comedy is not for everyone. you have to really REALLY enjoy irony to enjoy her, just as it is with sandra bernhard.

Her show was funny for about half an episode, but then got repetitive. I get it. She's self centered. Now make another joke.

I think she's funny generally, but that show sucks balls.

My husband wants to give it to her hard.
