I really love this show. Unfortunately the CW wanted to move away from the sitcom set and do shows about rich white teen drama so this show along with a few others were just left to rot.  I graduated bitches!!! 12-19-09   | |

it was so clearly a parody of the show 'everybody loves raymond', that i never even checked it out.
i like fresh, original entertainment. not derivative stuff.  still, sorry if i missed something good | |

Yeah, I loved this show. I knew it was in trouble when they moved it from Monday(?) to Friday. I haven't seen it since the move -- I don't even know when it's on anymore, although every so often I'll catch part of a rerun.
There was even an episode where Chris went as Prince for Halloween (although it wasn't entirely historically accurate). The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp. | |

Great show!!!! Love the narration from Chris also (and can't help but to love that he is a Prince fan also, lol)

Loved the show, Terry & Tichina showed some chemistry, but I hate how the writers gave Chris mother's role the raw deal at the final season. We get it, she's OVERBEARING, must you make a caricature out of her?
Overall though, GREAT show, and I also love that it gave actors/actresses from ol' school sitcoms a chance to re-emerge. | |

Everybody Hates Chris couldn't have been more different from Everybody Loves Raymond. It was a hilarious show about a kid growing up in Brooklyn, not a boring show about a middle-aged guy and his in-laws. | |
