Setting aside the fact that it costs $275 a pound, would you ever drink coffee made from coffee beans that had passed through a civet's digestive tract?

I'd try it... once. We consume other things that are the digestive byproducts of organisms, so...

But I don't think I'd be spending that kind of money unless that stuff was doing something miraculous to me.

I would want to drink it as part of a blind taste test, just to see I can taste any difference between poop coffee and other coffees.
