Carnivale di Venezia Caffe Gelateria Italiana, 2494 Yonge St. in Midtown Toronto. There are places in the city with a FAR broader selection of gelatos, coffees, etc., but this place is really cozy and charming, and I've not seen better customer service anywhere in this town.
