i've finally gotten around to watching Swingtown 
such a shame it got canceled, i guess it was too controversial for a non cable channel

I watched The Corner recently which is a mini series by the same dude and thought it was brilliant, so might give The Wire another go over summer. theAudience said: Starting in May or June, DirecTV is going to show all 60 episodes of The Wire, uncut and commercial free. DirecTV people can keep an eye out on Channel 101 to see it. I'm more of a Showtime guy, so I've never seen the show. I do plan on watching the series though. | |
