Ask for directions on Castlegate Road while wearing a "Kiss me I'm Irish" t-shirt.
Go swimming in Carson beach in the month of April.
Down 10 Mike Tyson drinks @ Wally's Cafe on a Thursday... then drive home.
Eat anything at the Siver Slipper.
Heckle the actors at The BAC during a performance.
Run naked in the reflection pool at the Christian Science Center.
Sneeze on a Matisse in the Museum of Fine Arts.
Take a black friend to any pub in South Boston to drink at 7:00am.
Steal animal balloons from the clown in Fanueil Hall.
Got a few more....

But if you're not as daring... I'd go whale watching and visit P-town for some homemade icecream and funnel cake.

Seriously though, the fine dining in Boston kicks ass...
I recommend China Town for Dim Sum, Tapas on Columbus Ave in the South End. A Pear martini in Lucas... why not try a mystery theater dinner also while you're there? (The North End that is)

Oh if you have fat friends... get one of those guys in the bike carriage thingys to ride you up that hill....HILARIOUS! Give a guy a good tip though.

Or do what many DON'T do and visit Malcolm X's crib, Jubilee Church (for the music!), the underground passage ending under the Harriet Tubman house, a meal @ Finale's on Stuart st. (its an all chocolate restaurant )

and what all folks do... go see the Red Sox play.
