Is the rest of the world as caught up on celebrities as the U.S.? Is the rest of the world as caught up on celebrities as the U.S.?
I asked this question because it seems that the U.S. media spends a great deal of time reporting on every single aspect of celebs lives and fans seems 2 be buying it. I really don't get all the hype. They are just people with high profile jobs. We have TV shows like TMZ, ET Tonight, etc.... Magazines like People, Ebony, etc..... Twitter and the like.....and it's 24/7/365. It is way past OVERKILL if u ask me. | |

I don't think so. The UK is another one but other than that I'm not sure if any other country is that obsessed over them. | |

Well, I can only speak of Thais here in Bangkok.
They are obsessed with their local celebs, Japanese Celebs, Korean Celebs, and Western Celebs. So....erm.. yes.  | |
