(and truthfully I can't really see how he is as short as he is and did it by himself, but I can't prove it because he is known to steal and lie so fucking much.)

Anyway I have researched a school and laid it out to him that he either needs to cut it out immediately or he is just going to have to go to the boarding school for evil kids. I wish I could believe this would put the fear in him and cause some instant ackrite, but unfortunately I think he really has minimal social skills or conscience, so I am going to get an application and just get the ball rolling....
