I saw a government job that is NOT posted on the government site, and the job is totally perfect for me, I sent my resume on Friday, and it did not attach right, but evidently the person making the hiring decision cannot wait for the government, and in fact she sent me an email to resend my resume today because it did not attach right. Over 2 months waiting on government jobs, and I hear from an actual person in 2 days. Sounds like someone is desperate to hire, and I meet all qualifications. This job would really really be good for me and utilize all my education. Plus I would be closer to family in NY. And it's government!!! *crosses fingers* OMG, I'm so giddy from these ups and downs, I had to go to the Botanical Gardens and find some peace with nature LOL. OMG, I hope you get the job! | |

My weekend is pretty busy... I am going to a friend's show tonight, then tomorrow my church is having a program- I'm the head of the decorating committee, so right after school I'm going to set up so I can come home and rest before the show.

Omg I am out of the military...after 10 years.
Its weird but more exciting than the nicer paycheck I will get with my new job is the fact that I can freely grow a beard. Anyhow, I type this from my phone at the hotel they put me in while I attend training (didn't bring the laptop), paranoid about catching scabies as I lay on this bed. And I have yall to thank for that. | |
