Sorry to hear...the letter was well written....you are an amazing person and any employer that can't see the pros instead of the cons of having someone like you around doesn't deserve you! Things will get better, you have an amazing woman standing beside you hug

finally, a response. neutral

Hello Chris –

I would like to talk to you about what happened at the Smith residence. Please understand that it is not a pleasant thing to get a call from a contractor asking to have a monitor removed from a job. That being said, I think we would be willing to discuss your continued employment with GDE. However, the fact remains that I have an issue with the fact that even after we have talked to everyone about not leaving a job, you left the Smith residence. I think you know that we would have had no problem with the fact that you had to take medication and a check to Erin – the problem is the fact that you didn’t call to have someone relieve you on the project. I believe that you are honest with your time and that you don’t put down time when you are off the job.

I am thinking that your personal life is not conducive to the monitoring part of our world. It seems that this is where the problem has occurred. I guess that some lives are more complicated and having to be inflexible in the work portion may not work. We are going to talk about letting you continue working on everything but monitoring projects. We will get back to you by Monday.

I will try to call you tomorrow.

I know, I thought that was rude also. Understand this, this woman's personal life is INSANE. It's not like she keeps it separate from the business either. I have a lot to say to her at this upcoming meeting.....

Im sure a level headed, rational fellow like yourself will have no bother seeking employment.
Think of it as their loss.
Fuck the funk - it's time to ditch the worn-out Vegas horns fills, pick up the geee-tar and finally ROCK THE MUTHA-FUCKER!! He hinted at this on Chaos, now it's time to step up and fully DELIVER!!

If you are as level headed and professional at the meeting as you are in your letter, you will be heard.

I'm so thankful for that, and for the support of our interweb frenz.

it was a very well written letter. you articulated your feelings well. Of course it's always better to look for a job while you have a job, so if they offer you a position, will you take it?...can you work in an environment where the ceo is has terminated your employment once?

you should become a photographer/writer!
