Do some of the male orgers rock the androgynous look?

I've been wondering about it, since this place is full of hardcore Prince fans/stans/fams, do U actually sometimes (or evertytime) go for an androgynous look? I do sometimes, especially when going out. High heel boots, some jewels, eye liner and tight clothes (from the women section of course lol )... And though everybody found it kinda weird at first, they love it (or at least they're used to it now lol )... Though I still get a "Fucking tranny" or "faggot" every now and then, I'm cool with it... cool
What about U?

of course some of them do.

It's only a natural part of the coming out process... a "I'm not gay--just experimenting with style" phase that eventually leads to full blown buttsex in a few years of course.

But there are many 'transitionally ghey' here, so you're in very good company.

Nah.

I will do "put together" even to the occasional point of Dandyism. But my look is squarely male wherever I go.

So you're one of those people associating 'feminity'with 'gay' and 'masculinne' with 'straight', right?
Let's hope Prince never comes out... He'll make 'us' look even worse lol

There are no feminine straight men. kisses

hug kisses

But that's not a bad thing. Like I said, it's a long, hard, journey for everyone, but one that leads to buttsex.

androgynous men are hot though...I don't want to be with a guy that's prettier than me, but I like soft sweet guys.

Some of the men here in Thailand are androgynous to a point.

But there's no mistaking their 'masculinity' when you actually pay attention to them.

Their faces, noses, lips---all of it a bit feminine, but their swagger and self-confidence is all masculine...even a tiny bit cocky.

Lawd, I love Thai men. I mean, I almost exclusively gravitate to Thai folks now. Not that I don't love the other folks, but there' something irresistible about their pseudo-androgyny.

....hum, so U get turned-on by "androgynous" guyz too?... smile
I spose you're gay? So how would U know whether or not a straight man can be feminine? hmmm

I don't actually like androgynous men, when it's a 'look' or feature they're going for.

When I say that Thai men are androgynous, it's not a 'look' they're going for. It's simply the way they're built--all other things about them...they're gate, their expressions, their smiles...all of that is masculine.

It's sort of like looking at a woman who has a natural tan and then seeing the woman beside her baked orange by a fake tan trying to achieve the same look. One is attractive to me, and the other a bit... unnerving. lol

eek confused smile biggrin lol lol Frustrating uh?

I'm built that way too. I'm some slim muthafuker (tried too work out, but all I gained was backaches lol )... And a lotta people say I'm built like a girl ( confused embarassing especially when your own girlfriend thinks the same)...
So instead of playing the butch/tough guy that I'm not, obviously, I went for the androgynous look... But besides the look and the way I'm built, I'm not effeminate or "girly" cool

Would "gently tickling" the look be a more appropriate way of putting it? smile

I used to play it up to provoke, but I'm far too old for that shite now. I used to think I was being a bit subversive and fantastical, but folk just saw me as a big bender.

Are you sure...I met a married guy with a little girl (at my old job). Everyone thought he was gay. Even my old gay boss thought he was...He said it's because he was raised around a lot of women. I think there are some feminine straight guys....not really sure though.

i do somewhat. i'm not macho, but i'm not effeminate either. just kind of middle ground, though i do wear some very earthy lesbian looks. my hair is shoulder length and i wear rags over the top like rhoda sometimes, and when it's really hot i banana clip my hair up in a twist.

i also occasionally wear a thin and clear mascara if i am going out, but few people ever even notice it's so subtle. just gives my eyes a little more definition, as i have very long eyelashes.

but i always have facial hair and a DEEP voice unless i am concentrating on it, so there is a masculine side as well.
