  I have never tried to bathe any of my cats, because they stay indoors anyway. I would hate to try to give them a bath, it would be like World War III.  I have a tough enough time giving them medication when they're sick, so I can imagine that bathing them would not be fun either. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you. | |

My dad has to help me give my cats their meds. He holds them down, opens the cat's mouth, and then I quickly squirt the liquid medicine in. They are like soft treats but have a hole in the middle so that a pill can be inserted, and the soft texture of the pocket allows it to hold the pill inside where the cat can't see it. I usually crush the pill so that it can't be spat out. The cats will usually gobble the whole thing down at once or chew. If any of the treat falls out, they will lick up the rest. No trauma! Great investment for the cat which cries  and then wants to
