Does anyone on here do Pilates and Yoga on a regular basis no matter what level you are on? I LOVE it!! I want to move on to the more advanced positions as I get more familiar with both pilates and yoga.

I've been doing yoga for a year.

I love the balance-y poses.

I'm about to join a new studio and I'm really excited to get a bit more serious about it.

Yoga got some crazy poses...I've havent gotten as deep into yoga as I have into Pilates but I do like Yoga also. I'm gonna have to find a studio somewhere here in Milwaukee. You'd be surprise what your body can do once you practice at it.

Happy baby is pretty funny too. It feels weird to do in a room full of people.
