I wouldn't quite say they are rebuilding. The offense still has lots of weapons, including the best receiving corps of the Reid years led by Jackson, Maclin, and Celek and good running backs in McCoy, Bell, and Weaver. Assuming Jamaal Jackson can come back as center, Kolb and/or Vick should have every opportunity to do some damage (assuming they run the ball, of course). Defensively, there were a lot more holes. Stewart Bradley will solve a lot of problems, but the safety play was stunningly bad last season. After reading what you just said..I'll say retooling,but the defense needs a major overhaul.use all of those draft picks to address the secondary and linebackers....they're never going to run,assuming is a waste of time..they've drafted players on O to replace the older guys and Now have to do the same for the D...wait,isn't that rebuilding? | |
