I admit to singing or whistling at times while I'm cleaning around the house. Just wondering if anyone did the same.

Usually I put on For You - it's my cleaning album. And I sing along and use whatever is in my hand as a microphone. You're actually finished way earlier if you mix in some sexy 70's disco dance-moves!

Sometimes. It is usually a battle between the hoover and whatever is on my hi-fi at the time.

I have speakers around the house, so I blast music while I'm cleaning.
And yes, I sing along.

i sing like 70% of the day so that be yeah. lol.

yep, silence while cleaning is boring so i either have my ipod on or have comp with a cd playing and on full blast

Thing is, shuffle makes me stumble on stuff I haven't heard in a long time,,,or sometimes, songs I ALWAYS skip, so it gives me a chance to discover/rediscover stuff I haven't noticed previously.

Usually though, I always put this playlist titled "The Jamie Starr Company" featuring Prince, his associates and everything else Prince-y. Shit is dangerous though, last time I played it, my son was dancing madly on the bed to "Jerk Out", he damn near fell and broke his neck

But no you're right, shuffle is good for that, but I'm usually good at sensing what sort of music I'm craving. When I really can't decide I take that as a sign that I need to listen to something new or something I haven't heard in a while.
