Hands down, THE most awesomely bad horror film ever is...........

Return Of The Living Dead, Part I

THIS horror film featured Tarman, one of THE most awesomely bad villains ever:

And lets not forget about the poor lady half-corpse in this classic scene:

Now don't get twisted. I used to like this horror film mostly for it's comedy value. But even today, it still counts as awesomely bad film because it contains one of THE worst endings ever:

See what I mean^^^: Worst. Ending. Ever!

OK, rant over. cool

I love it when the monsters move really slow, but the human characters cannot escape them for some ridiculous reason.

Toxic Avenger. I don't know why it's labeled as horror movie, because it's pure comedy.

Night Warning (AKA Butcher Baker Nightmare Maker)

This is one of those awesomely bad horror films that isn't a good one, especially if there is homophobic & incest overtones involve.

What's the one where Jennifer Anniston is being chased around a house by a midget? That was awful.

Looking back though, it's still the best film Jennifer Anniston's ever starred in, so that's something I guess.

I watched "Grindhouse - Death Proof" last night. Man, was that a stupid movie.

Was the other Grindhouse feature any better?

You've gotta be kidding me! That movie was AWESOME!!

Planet Terror was OK in a "more conventional horror plot" kinda way, but I thought Tarantino's half was an example of FAR smarter storytelling.

I AM THE QUEEN OF SHITTY HORROR FILMS!

Jack Frost

He's got ice in his veins and he's giving cold-blooded a whole new meaning: His name is Jack Frost! After five years of terror and 38 bodies in five states, serial killer Jack is on his way to execution. But a freak accident with a truckload of genetic material in the middle of a snowstorm mutates Jack into a killer snowman. Now only an army can stop the slayride of terror from this frosty monster with icicle fangs. Hell has just frozen over... he's the abominable Jack Frost.

We All Scream For Ice Cream

Buster the Clown is a mentally challenged man who sells ice cream from his Cheery Tyme truck. A cruel prank by a bunch of neighborhood kids goes horrifically wrong. A generation later, Buster and his truck have returned for SWEET revenge, and every frozen treat will bring it's own taste of hell!

Rumpelstiltskin

In the 1400's, Rumpelstiltskin is imprisoned inside a small jade figurine. In modern-day Los Angeles, the recently widowed wife of a police officer, with baby in tow, finds her way into a witch's shop and purchases a certain figurine, resulting in the cackling beast being freed and demanding possession of the baby!

I love this movie!!! Some characters are homophobic towards the gay coach, but the tone of the movie is incredibly homo-friendly.

THAT is still an awesomely bad horror film that is actually worth the price of a movie ticket & DVD rental. But granted, the segment about a killer voodoo doll is outrageous. lol

These movies are nostalgically good. cloud9 Brings back memories of "USA Up All Night". "100% Weird" on TNT used to show some good ones too....more 60's/70's B films than the 80's ones on "Up All Night". Some of the movies mentioned are Troma movies. They know they're terrible, but funny. lol These movies get passes, but the absolute worst horror ever is Devil of Blue Mountain imo. I still haven't found a worse movie than that one. Anyone with Netflix.....please stream it and try to convince me otherwise. lol

Everytime I see Tarman's stupid face, I just want to crush his skull with my own hands; he walks like an idiot, he makes sounds like an idiot and he has a stupid face mad disbelief

and yeah, that ending was jawdroppingly bad; i've not seen ROTLD II, but it MUST be better than Part.1, I mean, NOTHING can be as bad as ROTLD Part I. confused

I only liked the last 10 minutes of "Death Proof", when Kurt Russell figured out he'd picked on the wrong women.

The first 110 minutes were just a bunch of sassy chicks bullshitting, with one car crash thrown in for no real reason.

It was kind of cool though, when in the car crash you could see that one chick getting her face run over by the tire.

Each of the ROTLD sequels are their own individual stories. Part II is the only sequel that has a link to Part I.

How about this - The set dresser on 'Galaxy of Terror' was Bill Paxton before he took to acting. He was employed by the film's art director, future frequent collaborator James Cameron.
