Are there pieces of advice do you constantly give yourself?

I'm always putting my foot in it. I tell myself to shut up a lot of the time.

How about you?

We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

"Shut your big fuckin' mouth".

I'm pretty vocal, and its not always admirable. Sometimes I just need to let sleeping dogs lie.

Never, under any circumstances take sleeping pills and a laxative at the same time.

1) You don't need to eat that
2) You don't need to drink that
3) You need to go to the gym today, not tomorrow, not next week, but today.
4) You need to stop flirting so much because it can get you into a situation where you can't remember how you got into it.
I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

Everything happens for a reason and I can learn from this...
I find myself repeating this a lot when I'm going through some drama, I wish I would remember to think of this when I'm experiencing some positivity too.

"How would you feel if it was you"...that thought always annoys me as it stops me saying/doing things.

"The lazy man works the hardest"...and that's usually true

"why put off til tomorrow what you can do today"...again true

And the last 2 are why I'm usually knackered

and this one too. I've been doing sit ups like crazy every day cause I don't want my belly flapping over my pants like I see people's bellies do out side. I know it doesn't do too much to the lower part of the stomach but its better than nothing lol

Be patient towards all that is unsolved in your heart.
The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp.

I tell myself often that I can never be someone else and that I should stay level headed and cool, and confident. I can only be myself.
