YES they should be clubbing.

Back in the day of Club Universe in San Francisco there used to be a 70 year old couple (straight) that would dance the night away with all the guys(mostly) and gals. They were loved by all.

Oh yeah.....I'm 43 and I will always go clubbing. I know that clubbing may have different meanings for people. I have always loved to dance. When I go clubbing I don't mean going out to pick up on people. If it happens then great.

My sweetie and I always go to Bunkers when we're in Minneapolis. We figure if there are old people on the stage, there can be old people in the club. shrug

lol

I can't even answer the question yet cause I am still stuck on over 35 being old eek

I think that's as ridiculous as a size 4 being fat????

I'm both and neither, if you get me. I still get carded, even though my 25 year old sister doesn't.

When you're 40 and going to 21 and up spots to look for dates, yeah that's lame. But if you go with a crew to hang out and not pick up folks then why not? Besides there are a lot of places now that cater to folks over 30.

Funny lol

Damn staight we can dance. Hell, all I see when I go out to the black clubs ( the few that remain) are a bunch of Negroes huggin up on the wall as if they are part of the support structure. Everybody with this cool pose b.s. afraid to break a sweat or ask someone to dance. From what I can see if you're a single women come without date, see how many brothas will step the to dance. Or, men or women who "don't allow" their dates/mates to dance with other people. WTF lol

If they want to go clubbing, then yeah they should!

I didn't really enjoy it at 21, so if some 40 year old wants to go then more power to them. I think clubbing is more of a state of mind than an age.

One of the pros of being "old" is not giving a fuck what young ignorant mofos think about you. lol

So true... but the sheer arrogance of the thread title?!

And yes, I am a VERY fabulous 42 who looks younger. lol

omg you guys. When you were 18-25, 35 was OLD too. lol
Heck, I remember my friend saying he wouldn't dance in public past 30. Now that we ARE past 30, we've amended the rules a bit. lol

When I was 21-25 I was going out 3-4 times a week, sometimes more. I don't go "clubbing" regularly anymore, but I still go to shows in clubs about once a month or so and I will probably go dancing a couple of times a year.

Yes, we need at least 4 days to recover.
