Of course it is. But it's also awesome! I do see why people like it. But the time frame is so stupid!! Tony Almeda gets shot in the morning and is back to work two hours later. Then he & his wife argue over some stuff and she says to someone "Things just haven't been right between Tony & me since he got back from the hospital." You mean two hours ago? There's been a loss of trust & inability to communicate with the normal ease--in the past couple of hours? 
Same with the president. "David you really should distance yourself from this woman." "I'm the president and I'll decide. Didn't I tell you that an hour ago??!!" Or Jack: "Sir you'll just have to trust me on this!!" "Oh, well in the last three hours you've gone rogue twice, caused a prison riot, gotten agents shot, killed key witnesses, and you're on heroin, sure, I trust you!" my my my My Legacy
